We want everyone to be able to travel with us, and to use this website, easily and with confidence.
Travelling with us
Under the Equality Act 2010, we and our drivers will not refuse a booking, or charge you more, because you are disabled.
- Wheelchair users: we have wheelchair-accessible cars with ramps. Choose Wheelchair accessible when you book, or tell our office. Please book as early as you can, and tell us if your wheelchair is larger or heavier than usual.
- Assistance dogs travel free of charge in every car. A driver who holds a medical exemption certificate from TfL cannot carry dogs; in that case we send another car.
- Help from your driver: drivers will help you get in and out of the car and with your luggage, at no extra charge. Folding wheelchairs, walking frames and other mobility aids travel free.
- Tell us what you need: when you book, let us know about anything that will help, such as being met at the door, a quieter journey or a call when the driver arrives. We pass it to your driver.
- A carer or companion travels with you in the same car at no extra charge for them, as long as there is a seat.

Our website
We aim to make this website easy to use for as many people as possible, following the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at level AA. Our aim is that you can:
- zoom in up to 400% without the text spilling off the screen
- move around the website using only a keyboard
- use the website with a screen reader
- read every page in a clear, simple layout without animations
We know some parts may not yet work as well as they should, such as the maps. Every booking can also be made by phone, at any hour.
