The cookies below are set only when you sign in. They are first-party cookies, set by this website, and they hold a secure sign-in token, not your name or number. They cannot be read by scripts on the page and, on the live website, are only sent over a secure connection.

For customers who sign in with a code to their mobile:

• c8c_at: shows that you are signed in to My bookings. It lasts about 15 minutes and is then renewed automatically.
• c8c_rt: renews your sign-in so you stay signed in. It lasts up to 30 days, or until you sign out.

For business account users who sign in to the business portal:

• c8p_at: shows that you are signed in to the business portal. It lasts about 15 minutes and is then renewed automatically.
• c8p_rt: renews your sign-in so you stay signed in. It lasts up to 30 days, or until you sign out.

Maps

Pages that show a map, such as the page that follows your booking, load map images from OpenStreetMap's servers. Your browser sends them your IP address in the normal way, so that the images can be delivered. We do not use this to track you.

Managing cookies

You can delete cookies or block them in your browser's settings. If you block our cookies, the rest of the website still works, but you will not be able to sign in. You can still book by phone on 020 3488 7664.

Changes

If we ever want to use other cookies, such as analytics cookies, we will update this policy first and, where the law requires, ask for your consent before setting them.
